Basic Photo Package
Under 3,000 sq ft: $150-$200
The average home is below 3,000 sq ft and doesn't require as much attention as a larger upscale residence. That is why the Basic Package is straight forward and comprehensive. It includes 25 edited and formatted images, which will include the interior and exterior of the property.

3,000 sq ft and above: $200-$250
For a larger home above 3,000 sq ft we have created a comprehensive package that will ensure all of the best details of your property are featured. Our larger home Basic Package also includes 25 edited and formatted images, which will include the interior and exterior of the property. Should you choose to include more images, to exhibit the fine features of your property, we have add-ons as well!

Video Tour Package:
All Video Tour Packages include a basic walkthrough of the interior of the property, highlighting the features mentioned in the ad, accompanied by energetic and up beat royalty-free music. Some exterior may be included, although the purpose of the Video Tour is to get a clear and concise concept of the interior layout.

If you have a special view of a waterfront, exquisite garden or yard, the Aerial Video in the Full Package could be right choice for you! We will capture the magic of your unique home and edit a professorial final video that will amaze your potential buyers. Also, sometimes houses might have an unusual layout, that is hard to translate through pictures and a walk through. An Arial Video can be a great way to quickly give the home buyers a sense of the exterior home, and also the of the surrounding neighborhood.
